Combat training
Muay Thai technique, pad work, shadow boxing and supervised sparring, with grappling included in the working specialised programme.

Warrior Camp · 9.5-day working programme
A small-format combat sports and military-focused survival camp built around hard training, fieldcraft and team discipline in coastal Albania.
Warrior Camp · first release in preparation
The premise
Warrior Camp carries the habits of fight training into the field: composure under pressure, useful technique, honest effort and the discipline to keep going when comfort disappears.
Across 9.5 planned days, the working programme moves from early runs and coached combat sessions into coastal conditioning, navigation, fieldcraft and a final 24-hour team exercise.

What fills the nine days
The programme runs as one continuous progression—not a menu of unrelated experiences. Full drill timings, instructor details and the final safety plan are shared with accepted participants before arrival.
Muay Thai technique, pad work, shadow boxing and supervised sparring, with grappling included in the working specialised programme.
Early runs, strength work, mobility and beach sessions build the engine needed for repeated training under fatigue.
Military-style water confidence, controlled movement and calm decision-making in coastal water, delivered under the confirmed supervision and safety plan.
Route finding, team movement, load carriage, shelter, firemaking and practical survival routines away from the gym floor.
Every day closes with notes on the work, the lesson and the response—an honest record of progress across the camp.
Fresh local food is served family-style around the training day, with dietary needs reviewed during the application process.

Build the skill.
Carry it into the field.
A day inside the build
This draft rhythm shows how a normal training day is intended to move. Times and modules can change with weather, safety and the final coaching plan.
The day opens early with a run and progressive physical preparation.
Pads, technique, movement, conditioning and controlled rounds on the Lamai floor.
Stretch, breakfast, room reset and recovery before the next block.
A focused module drawn from grappling, fieldcraft, navigation or other confirmed instruction.
A second block revisits the skill and puts it into a longer team task.
Beach conditioning, water technique and the return to camp.
Equipment practice, a shared meal, questions, journaling and lights out.

The culminating exercise
The finale is a supervised 24-hour field exercise designed to combine the skills developed earlier in camp while fatigue changes the problem.
Move from the familiar training environment into a supervised coastal field scenario.
Work as a team through route-finding, terrain and checkpoints without the exact route being published.
Organise equipment, shelter, food and the practical routines needed for an overnight field period.
Apply combat conditioning, composure and decision-making while fatigue accumulates.
Clear equipment, complete the after-action review and close the camp together.
Exact routes, drill timings, specialist equipment and operational details are shared only with accepted participants before the camp begins.
Readiness benchmarks
Warrior Camp is planned for experienced athletes, not first-time fitness participants. These working standards help people self-assess before applying.
Run or jog five kilometres at a moderate pace before arriving.
Swim continuously and self-rescue confidently in water deeper than standing height.
Meet the working lift-and-carry benchmark and move across difficult terrain.
Train in English, use protective gear, accept coaching and put the group before ego.
Final acceptance is subject to interview, suitability screening, medical clearance and international health-insurance requirements. Registering interest is not acceptance.
Application-led entry
The working plan welcomes men and women who meet the published standard, can train in English and understand that the team comes first. No more than eight participants are planned for each edition, with up to three editions per year.
Before and after the field
A limited Tirana airport shuttle is planned for an additional fee and must be requested when an application is accepted. Vehicle hire and private boat, ATV or scooter tours may be available around camp dates.
These are optional local arrangements, not included promises. The team will confirm availability, operators and final prices before travel.

Accepted participants receive the final drills, location details, instructor information and safety plan before arrival.
Expect a moderate 5K run, a continuous 500-metre swim with deep-water self-rescue, difficult terrain and supervised contact training. Medical clearance and international health insurance may be required before acceptance.
Each edition is limited to eight participants. Up to three editions may run per year, depending on confirmed dates, instructors and operating capacity.
